It is really good getting your child to clean their teeth and it is cute but the app needs alot of work, we are on our 3rd profile it just stops opening and all the rewards get lost and we have to start all over again which makes my child very upset. Customer service are useless they don't help just create tickets and then ask for proof of purchase, fix the bugs and whatever is happening with the app. Not sure how many profiles we will have before it gets sorted!
This app orrupted the auto rotate sensor on my phone, no longer senses when the phone is in landscape or portrait mode.

Was working fine for over a year... now it force closes when my kid taps the play button
The streak seems to reset randomly. You'd think for $10 a brush head, the company could spend some money on an app and give it decent support.
Motivates the kid to brush strongly. However, the app needs more polish. And I need cloud backup of the kids profile

It's time for you to translate the app in Bulgarian. Bulgaria is part of the EU and since you sell your product in EU you need to support our language. Not everybody here knows English especially kids.
